Alright, it is about 2 o'clock in the afternoon.
Thanks to taking
the night train to Sapa, I have a whole extra day basically to spend exploring this beautiful city.
So, so far the only thing I've done today is the
beautiful cable car up to the summit.
So that took about half the day.
And
the
rest of the day I want to
So I'm gonna go and make a big loop around the city.
I kind of know my bearings just from studying the map before, but don't have any strict plans other than I want to hunt for some souvenirs, hunt for some food, hunt for some cool scenery that just reminds me that I'm in such a place that is on the opposite end of the world where I'm from.
So that's the experience we're looking after.
And yeah, let's get started by crossing the street.

And this fog is very very very thick.
Right now it's in kind of the maybe high 50s so definitely where you want like a jacket and I may put on my gloves soon just because we feel like you don't need them but if you're outside for hours at a time you're gonna feel like you need them.
