Most of mine are marketing clients on my agency side, so I haven't put too much effort in the AI concierge.

But how sustainable is this for your average person, let's say, to take what I'm doing or what you're doing, spin up their own version of AI concierge.
So we can talk about like how much time does it take to actually fulfill and like how many clients can you reasonably sustain? And the other end of the spectrum is and I get this question all the time is like, well, hey, you know, why is someone going to pay you when, you know, three months from now or six months from now, Claude is going to be so smart that people can just talk to Claude and they can just solve the problem for them
And, you know, the the argument that I always go back to is like, well, look, you know, nowadays somebody can build a Web site in 10 minutes using cloud that looks better than any Web site you could build 10 years ago that would have cost you ten thousand dollars.
People still pay for, name any service that you thought was gonna go extinct 20 years ago, there's still consultants who consult on it at a high level in 2026.
The bottom line is there's an education gap and there's always going to be people that are willing to pay for consulting in areas that are outside their expertise.
So, you know, that's one of the points that I always make is like, look, even five years from now, when AI is literally 10,000 times better than it is today.
and you can do anything with it just by talking to it, five years from now, there's still gonna be the guy that runs a manufacturing shop, for example, that is so good at his manufacturing role, has zero interest ever in talking to AI or in learning it himself, and would so much rather throw money at the problem to have someone like me or you come in, tell him what to do, help him implement it, and show him the way, he would rather do that 10 times out of 10.
