Fargo Parks bringing the fun all year round

Josie's on a vacation far away.

And Josie and her vacation is not here for my birthday because today I get to, on my birthday, host Afternoons Live for Tyler Axness, who's out today on a fishing trip.

And I'm being carried.

through this whole thing by our producer, Eric Johnson.

And so I'm super excited to continue on.

You know, full disclosure, just got reelected here this summer.

Spent 20 years serving on the Fargo Park Board.

Spent 40-plus years of my life uh, in Fargo.

And, uh, so I had a chance to not just utilize and, and grow up in the, in the park system, uh, but be a part of the, uh, the growth and the, and man, has there been growth, uh, in, in, in the last 20 years and now, uh, four more.

So today I am, I am honored and privileged and lucky to be, uh, to be joined in studio, uh, by our executive director, Susan Faust.

She, uh, she's going to be, uh, talking to us a little bit about, uh, what's going on this summer and what's, and what we got going on coming up in the fall.

But first and foremost, Susan, holy smokes, what a beautiful day outside right now, and what a beautiful summer we've had.
