Tika is the founder and lead nurse at TK Aesthetics and Skin and TK Aesthetics Education in Victoria.

With more than 15 years in the beauty and aesthetics industry and over eight years in medical aesthetics, Tika has developed a reputation for delivering exceptional patient outcomes, advancing clinical education, and really supporting and nurturing the next generation of aesthetic practitioners.

Beginning her career as a beauty therapist before transitioning into nursing, Tika combines a unique understanding of both skin health and aesthetic medicine.

Today, she leads a growing business, operating across multiple clinic locations while also serving as a national educator and industry mentor.

Through TK Aesthetics education, she has trained more than 100 nurses annually and helped launch over 20 aesthetic clinics, making a significant contribution to the growth and professionalism of Australia's aesthetics industry.

Her recent recognition as the Victorian Aesthetic Business Awards Nursepreneur Award winner reflects her commitment to leadership, innovation, patient care and business excellence.
