I called yesterday and was talking to my grandfather and he was like, well, had some not so good news this week.
I'm like, oh, gosh.
Doctor's appointments.
I mean, he's 84.
My grandmother's 88.
So they're getting up there.
And he says, well, grandma ran a stop sign and got into a car accident.
Oh, no.
Now,
it sounds like it was very minor, just a little fender bender.
He told me the estimate for the damage on the car was like $2,000 or something.
OK.
So it couldn't have been that severe a crash.
I don't think airbags deployed or anything like that.
Right.
The car's not wrecked.
Right.
Right.
But now my grandfather's having to deal with getting the car fixed and this and that and all this stuff.
And he's very stressed out, not happy.
My grandfather is not shy about cursing, but I heard more F-bombs out of his mouth yesterday on the phone than I think I ever have in my collective 34 years of conversations with my grandfather.
Over-stimulated.
Yeah, he was not happy.
And then he was like, and your grandma doesn't think she is going to drive anymore.
Well, I have news for her.
