Kayleigh GreenacreHostSo let's first of all start with talking about why do we as, as entrepreneurs, as female entrepreneurs, why do we need more visibility? Why do we really need to focus on this in our business?

I really feel like visibility is just the most fundamental thing that we need, because when we are in front of people, we receive the opportunities.

We can sit behind our screens, and we can, even with showing up online, we can just sit at home in our own heads.

And I feel like particularly for women, we're very good at hanging out in our own minds and overthinking things.

We're getting in the rooms, we're meeting the people, we're having the conversations, which just gets us in, into momentum, gets us into a flow.

We can put ourselves wherever we want to be, but we have to start by allowing ourselves to be seen.

And what I also love about this is, yes, it's so helpful for us in business, but I really think this is also the same for us in, like, our relationships, in our love lives, in all areas of our lives.

That when we allow ourselves to be seen for who we are and what we have to say and what we have to share, it's just like our very best business card that we can share with each other.

And particularly in the world that we're living in now with AI and all of the things that are taking over, it's the only thing that we've got that is our own, and that has our own, like, unique fingerprint.

So if we are seen and allow ourselves to be seen in that, we'll be unique forever.
Do you know what? I absolutely love the fact that you said it's about, it's about us as individuals and sharing our, who we are and, and sharing our voice.
... sharing with the world what, what we're here to do, you know? And, and really being able to create impact, whether that's supporting people and helping people in certain ways.
But that message, every individual message that we have is, is, is so key to, you know, to who we are.
We've gotta make sure that people can hear that and see that and feel it and experience it, whatever that is.
