Where is AI reshaping strategic direction for accounting firms?

Yeah.

For us, it's less about a specific tool and more about how we rethink structurally.

And so our approach is more about adapting the culture to be innovative and agile.

We've worked to demonstrate that to the team.

We're trying to make sure they understand we're willing to pivot when it makes sense.

We gotta be willing to reconsider how we do work, and that's not always easy, and that we're gonna invest in them as much as the tools to give them the ability to adapt.

Where is AI creating the greatest internal tensions within firms?

The firms that have built a culture of adaptability and aren't chasing a single AI strategy.

The tools themselves are gonna keep changing, then a roadmap can't predict that.

So what we need to be able to do is make sure our people are ready to pivot.
