So that's how this 30 second video clip that I made, my clients actually appreciated it.

And they say like, Anil, I learned something new.

That was the origin of building AB Talks and inviting my network people, founders and senior leaders, industry leaders.

who can come and talk on this AP talks what is not working.

The idea is to cut noise from signal and talk about what works.

Then eventually I did some 3035 podcast.

I was doing interview for one of the freshers and I realized that when I spoke to these leaders, they are saying there is a shortage of AI talent.

On the other side, I've seen like Teases is not hiring, Infosys is not hiring freshers.

And these freshers are very nervous.

And this is globally.

It's not just about India.

It's about US, India or any geography that you pick.

And the gap was on one side, there was a shortage of AI talent.

On the other side, there was students who just need mentoring for 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, and they are ready.

And since AI is changing too fast, if you ask me like 90 days back, AI was different.

There were different tools.

There were different platforms.

60 days back, it was altogether a different thing.

Now people are talking about Fabel and it just recently relaunched.

So things are changing too fast.

I know that no institution will be able to cope up with.
