Event Horizon

So I really like this movie.

I'm excited.

It's definitely falls in that psychological cosmic horror kind of thing.

You know, you get the space crazies.

Right.

Do you remember the first time you saw this and how like my mind was blown? I was so scared and everything was like, what is going on?

And the gore is very, it's not a lot of gore, but the gore that's there is very shocking.

It's really convincing and gross.

And, and like, not even like the sounds that you get, like there's those horror screaming stuff is like,

Oh, well that recording that they find of the crew is absolutely terrifying.

Chills you to the bone.

And like the, the way that they introduce it and then they kind of, as the movie goes, unlock more and more of it.

Yeah.

is so crazy.

So as we mentioned, this stars Sam Neill of Jurassic Park fame.

Also in the mix is Laurence Fishburne.

I always think of him as Morpheus from The Matrix.

That's like the one anytime I hear the name Laurence Fishburne, it goes right to that.

But he's been in a lot of other good stuff, too.

This was directed by Paul W.S. Anderson.

And this might be the only good movie that he directed.

I looked up his credits.

He is the writer and director of all of the worst Resident Evil movies.

Oh.

He did the Death Race remake with Jason Statham.
