What was the feel you were getting from those communities? How welcoming were they to talk about mental health?
Obviously there were some places they had no idea who I was or what I was up to, but so many communities out there were just so thankful for what I'm doing, I guess.

I love the fact, I remember one of the interviews, you just said, I'm a nobody, I'm just a normal fella.

have the conversation trying to have a change and yeah i think there's so much power in that that it it's not a an issue that you have to be a superstar to be able to drive this you know that's right just got to be an ability to to connect with people yeah to make people feel safe and to to drive it like an everyday conversation which you do absolutely beautifully in in every arena that i'm ever in the same room as you are i'm mesmerized by the way in which you're just able to talk to absolutely everybody um how hard is that though how hard is it to carry on that conversation
Obviously at times it can be a bit difficult because they're not easy conversations to have, as you know.
It can be quite, you know, as you see me, I get choked up quite easily, you know, but I think that's also part of it.
Showing my emotions and vulnerabilities and stuff, it just lets other people know it's okay to be like
