But I've been talking to a lot of people in Cool Mind, my wonderful clients, who often have a loved one mostly a child, an adult child who's struggling with emotions in some way.

And like they have borderline personality disorder, some other kind of like anger issues or trauma, and they just kind of explode.

And the loved one, we'll say the mom, because that's what a lot of loved ones are, is like these moms who go like, I don't know what to do.

Like they're screaming at me that I don't listen or, that I don't get it and I'm trying.

And so I've been hearing this breakdown in like emotional connection and really understanding like these, these, these people with intense, people who are triggered, these people with intense emotions are like, they sound like they're screaming out to be heard.

And I've been giving a lot of skills to the loved ones who, you know, validate and listen and all these different ways to deal with those kind of, with this kind of like, I guess, communication breakdowns.

Um, But today was the first time in a while that I felt triggered by this myself, like triggered by an empathy breakdown, I want to say.

And so I was like, I should actually talk about it and talk about what it's like from the other side, from that emotionally, the person with mental illness aside, the one who explodes, the one who feels overwhelmed easily, the one who bursts out and is like, I want people to hear me.
