When you're preparing for a baby, it's easy to focus on the tangible things: the stroller, the bassinet, the swaddles, and the baby monitor. But what if the things you need most postpartum can't be…

And we're going to be talking about the three things every new mom needs postpartum.

And let me just tell you, you're not going to find any of these things online.

I don't know about you, but when I was creating my registry for my first baby, I was super intentional about it.

And I went to the store and I touched all the things and I looked at them all.

And then when I had my son, I went and did another registry and I spent hours researching, you know, double strollers, looking at different baby carriers.

watching YouTube videos, seeing what people were promoting online on Instagram and TikTok.

But I don't think any of us ask the questions that are the most important for postpartum, which are things like, what am I going to need when I'm completely overwhelmed? What am I going to need when I'm exhausted? What am I going to need when my identity feels completely different than it did before? I know I didn't.

You know, during pregnancy, I was so focused on just preparing for baby, preparing for birth, getting the nursery ready, all those things.

And then postpartum arrived, and I quickly discovered that while we had all the things on the registry, I felt completely unequipped.

So today I want to share three things that every new mom needs postpartum, and you're not going to find any of them on Amazon or BabyList or Target.com.
