I love the subject because it's something that I need in my personal life right now, and I think it's something that can help a lot of our listeners.
We're gonna do setting up and trying out new routines, like a testing phase, and then tweaking, experimenting until it's perfect, and then small refreshes you can do each season to kind of keep it up.
So I think that designing your life, your routines, the way you spend your days, is just as important as any other thing you could, like any other kind of glow up you could have in your life.
Like you wanna work on your appearance, you wanna redecorate your home, you want to redesign your dream life.
I think this is like an equally valid one, but I don't hear it discussed as much.
I almost feel like people think like, "Oh, I can't have that." It's like a non-starter in some ways.
And I'm always kind of like, "Why do you think that? Do you think no one has a dream life? No one's allowed to have a dream life? Or is it just you?" I'm not, I don't know.
... where they're like, "Oh, I just can't have that." And it's like, well, what do you mean though?
You know? 'Cause I mean, I feel that too in some ways, like I'm like, "Oh, well I have little kids, so I don't have any time to myself," or whatever.
And like obviously having kids was a part of my dream life, so like, you know, how can we incorporate, how can we make this work for now? And it's gonna change.
