Dedicated to the life of Romi’s close friend Andrea Orani, the album ruminates on the permanence of her loss and lovingly embraces their relationship and the time they shared. Imbued with Andy’s spirit, the album shimmers amongst the broad piano, woodwind and strings which cascade from track-to-track. Embedded within Romi’s quintessential soul and jazz-fusion band, her voice unabashedly tells the universally felt narrative of love and heartbreak.
