Certainly Monday, Thursday, the long Tachanon, but every day that we say Tachanon, we finish Vayomer David Haggai, we finish leaning on our arm, and then we sit up for Shomai Yisrael.
But in the Old Sidurim, Shomai Yisrael only appeared after Slichos, the Tachanon that was said what we'll do soon, at the conclusion of Slichus.
And only later, in Semen Tuf Kuf Pe Aleph, the Gabi Slichus, he mentioned Shom Yisrael, and the Tachanin said at the end of Slichus, but not the daily Tachanin.
So the prolonged Tachanin That is a little bit elaborate, a little bit extended.
