Okay, so our first question is from Davina, and she asks, "How do I keep my meds refrigerated when I go camping?" Um, I know we touched on it briefly on the last one.

It also depends on where you're camping and what is there, because when I was at Download, you could actually...

A re- nah, a refrigerated area, like, in a locked place where you could actually go and store your meds, and it was monitored by a member of staff.

There could be the first aid people, if there's first aid people around, they might have a refrigerated area.

Yeah, it's worth checking in advance what's around and sort of organizing it rather than running around at the last minute trying to.

But, you know, some you might be able to get away with a cool bag, and also length of time.

You know, if it's one overnight, it mightn't be so much of an issue, but if it's, like, 10 days, yeah, that's potentially a bit dangerous.

It's usually a contact us, just sort of get in touch, say, "Is this okay?" And nine out of 10 times, people are gonna be fine with it.

Or if they don't have a solution, they'll be able to come up with one or something can be put in place.

Even if it's, like, a labeled Tupperware box somewhere in a fridge or, you know.

For example, uh, one of mine needs to be refrigerated, but it'll be okay for up to a week out of it.
