Minions and Monsters 3-D Movie Review

Let's get to the 3D aspect first.

How was the 3D in Minions and Monsters?

Oh, it was so good.

It's like, you know, their typical high quality, but then multiplied by like three or four times.

It was just so good.

Is this another Illumination Showcase? Yes.

Okay.

Tell me about some scenes.

What's going on? visually for 3D

purposes

oh god it was there's like early scenes with like one of their early masters where they're like in a there's like a wizard and they find a book and it has like all these spells in it and they unleash like oh it's gonna be a cute bunny but the cute bunny turns out to be sort of evil and shoots lasers from its eyes so with the chaos ensuing There's just, like, lasers coming at you.

There's shit flying all over the screen and, like, coming out into the audience in a way.

Oh, it's just so good.

So plenty of depth, too, and pop-outs, both of it? Oh, yes.

Beautiful.

Okay.

Any other scenes that really caught your eye that you want to mention? Oh my god,

there's so many.

Like, the train chase...

the the climax it's so good it's like there's not one bad scene in the movie even the 2D animated scenes there's like some depth there I'm like ah that's nice

okay so elimination hits out of the park again I guess oh yeah what's your final score for the 3D aspect perfect tens and editor's choice or no

Yes, sir.

It's as perfect as you can get.

Yeah, it's probably the best 3D this year so far.

Okay.
