work i have built things within other people's organizations i don't get to own that

I think I also spent a lot of time kind of agonizing over the decision and like kind of making myself miserable.

That was just a process that I needed to probably take to get to the point where I was ready to kind of take that leap.

If you had to choose between happiness or success, which would you choose? For a long

time, it was success, but I'm also learning how to like find happiness in all of it.

Now, Katie knew what she wanted to do since seventh grade, and she really created something special within her own company as an entrepreneur before she went out on her own as an entrepreneur.
