All of us have relationships in our lives, right? And our closest relationships are the ones that teach us the deepest, hardest, and, and most powerful lessons, I would say.

And perhaps we don't even realize the l- that it is a lesson when the lesson is happening.

The reason I'm saying all that [laughs] is because, uh, in my primary relationship, and I think a lot of people it's the same thing, you get into cycles of, uh, habits of arguing or habits of beliefs even.

These talks or, are about me and my life, so I am kind of gingerly or I guess, um, tiptoeing because I don't want to...

While I am a public, uh, while I am being public, um, not everyone in my life wants to be public, let's put it that way.

And so I was feeling low though that, you know, "Oh, no, we've gone down this cycle again.

And because I don't go to a full-time job, I don't sit in an office or have regular office hours, and that is my choice.

When I feel conflicted about things, when I'm feeling low, when I really need motivation, when I wanna get myself unstuck, I write it out.

And so I couldn't sleep this morning at, I wanna say 4:30 in the morning, and I got up and just journaled page after page after page.

I'm just being really honest [laughs] and it, it's the thing that's on my mind, and so that's why I'm bringing it up first.
