Zoosk

I've met some people a couple steps ahead.

So I wanted to find those things that you can use to dress like a dork, and I eventually ended up on zoosk.com, and they have the 10 fashion faux pas for singles.

For singles.

For singles.

So what happens is that when you're in the thick of the battle, your identity gets merged with the battle itself.

So I clearly remember a week or so after we sold Zoosk, I was walking my dog in San Francisco, foggy day in San Francisco on a market road by the bridge, and I'm looking into the fog with my dog next to me, and this is before I had kids and stuff.

And I'm like, because I'd worked on it for like 10 years or eight years or something, and I'm like, "Okay, what does this mean?" I was completely disoriented.

Completely.

And my priority was to listen, not run my mouth or fabricate or impress, but to simply observe what creates this type of result.

I was listening to Alex Mayer, who created Zoosk, talk about his upbringing.

He came to the U.S. as an immigrant from Iran and worked his way up from nothing.

It's not like these folks were given the world.
