Zona Río

The breeze from the Pacific was coming in cold, and the fog, that low thick fog so typical of Tijuana, was beginning to cling to the asphalt.

I was driving around Zona Rio without much luck.

The dispatch radio was almost silent.

There was only static, and now and then, the operator's tired voice assigning a ride to another driver.
