i have one more analog story that i wanted to talk about this is from the times union in warsaw indiana so zimmer biomet is moving their headquarters to center street they're donating the current building to grace and they're consolidating certain operations so if anyone has been in warsaw indiana right downtown, right on the main drag, just a couple blocks off of the courthouse square is a beautiful headquarters that was the Zimmer Biomat headquarters.

They are shutting down or have already shut down that and they're moving and consolidating operations over towards, I believe, the west side of, they're moving headquarters to Center Street and they're donating that building to Grace, which is like, I saw some feedback.

So this is not, I don't really know how to think.

I just thought it was a really interesting move because this building is amazing.

Very, very beautiful.

And you're like, oh, how generous of Zimmer Biomet.

They're donating this building to this college.

Uh, they have, uh, areas like wound care, advanced wound care, diabetic filter, foot ulcers, uh, sports medicine.

Long-term grower, but compete with Stryker, Zimmer Biomet, Depuy division of J&J, and the whole sector's been derated.

And again, it's, it's long-term secular growth, 3, 4, 5%.

So that's why I'm asking.

Um, not, not necessarily a mock surgery, but I'll give them a, like a Zimmer Biomet technique guide with the implant information, have them study it.

And then 20 minutes or the next day or the next interview, whatever, kind of grill them on the whiteboard fast, like see how they can do.

If I can convince them something's wrong when it's actually right.

Warsaw-based Zimmer Biomet is donating its longtime global headquarters building to nearby Grace College.

The building was the corporate headquarters and mostly office space.

Zimmer Biomet isn't leaving town.

The company is moving its corporate operation across Warsaw to its main production plant.

the largest orthopedic manufacturing facility in the world.

It's about five times bigger and will become the company's new headquarters.

Zimmer Biomet says donating the vacated building to Grace College is a good fit with the school's special focus in orthopedics.

And, you know, there are two other executives at Zimmer Biomet that are getting promoted up to president's rules.

The flip side is they're letting go of, you know, Kevin Thornell, the, you know, the former Nevros CEO who just joined them last year as president.

Prior to that, I was at Cardinal Health, leading the enterprise for quality and regulatory for the pharmaceutical distribution and the medical.

I was at Zimmer Biomet, leading the quality for the orthopedics in Americas, which was kind
