Zev Shalev

Hi, welcome to the Five Stack.

It's Zev Shalev here with Dean Blundell.

Hi, friends.

Nice to see you.

But beside that story, I just wanted to...

Today, it's not for me today, I wanna talk about the people of Ukraine, and I want, like, ask everybody to go out there, support Olga, Zev.

And also, uh, great news, "Voice from Ukraine" is number one again on the charts today.

Oh, congratulations.

[upbeat music] Thursday, October the 8th.

Hello from Zev Shalev in Toronto, and from Dean Blundell at a beautiful location.

Yeah.

Yeah, it's just-

Awesome.

I cannot wait.

Everybody needs to go and get a subscription to Lev's, sorry, Zev, Zev Shalev's narrative.org.

He is one of the best investigative reporters that you will ever meet.

We touched down, like, three hours ago, got unpacked, grabbed a bite to eat.

And I had to touch base with my friend Zev Shulem because we've got the 5 Stack today.

And not a moment goes by in 2026 [laughs] when Donald Trump doesn't do a White House presser that literally takes over the news cycle for the day.

The bullshit-

So I would ask that you share this with as many people as you can so that they can get the truth, that we, we are bulls about sourcing our information.

We make sure we work with better angels.

Zev and I and everybody that we run through this ecosystem, you just talked to Ellie Leonard as well, Kate Justice yesterday, who's just a weapon as well.

You know, a lot of people are doing a lot of hard work and, and the reward is getting to show up here with you every day and, and being allowed in your lives, into your homes, onto your screens, onto your television sets to talk to you about what's really important.

Appreciate you joining us.

Uh, as always, that is my friend Zeph Shalev, narrative.org is where you can find him and his incredible work, including The Greatest Heist series, which now has its own website, and you can find out about why we're here from my friend Zeph Shalev, who's been putting in that time for many years.

In fact, o- over a decade.

Um, and we've got five big-

He even said that again last night.

Telling people he's gonna give them five grand and then threatening to fucking hel- like, let Iran blow up LA and and [laughs] San Diego.

We're here, friends.

We're here.

I think I checked it out yesterday, but tell me what I'm missing.

OK, well, first, before anything else, for the people who came here from my followers, if you are not subscribed to Zev, you absolutely need to be subscribed to him.

I mean, between the two of us, I think we make a fairly perfect pair of explaining the same things that are going on, but from the different perspectives.

So, yeah.

Now...

Hey, hey, hey, Zev, I need you to check out this text message.

Do you recognize this text? No? You don't

recognize this? Could you please, for just a...

And you've done such incredible work on all of this stuff.

I know that when books are being shopped, you need the blurbs for the back.

So I, you know, I can't speak for Zev, but I would be delighted to provide.

I would love it if
