Zero-point energy

He was a fellow who worked with another friend of mine, Hal Putoff, for a number of years.

And he had done a lot of research into something called zero-point energy.

Zero-point energy is a technical term in the physics literature, is quantum zero-point fluctuations of the vacuum.

The discovery of zero-point energy was made probably back around the end of the 1800s, early 1900s.

They were beginning to experiment with cryogenic fluids, taking a gas like nitrogen or oxygen, and compressing it down to the point where it actually became a liquid, became super cold, you know, hundreds of degrees below zero.

And the research they were doing was trying to find out what the actual temperature was of absolute zero.

And they found that even when they got down to the point of almost absolute zero, there was still this kind of vibration in the material.

The German physicist Max Planck called it Zitterbewegung, which means jiggle.

The phenomenon produces electromagnetic radiation as a byproduct of its propulsion mechanism.

ZPF interaction with matter generates EM at specific frequencies as a necessary consequence of the physics.

People in close proximity to an operating propulsion field receive the same injury as people targeted by a weapon built on the same physical principle.

The Havana Syndrome weapon is the human-engineered version of the electromagnetic signature produced by ZPF field propulsion.
