I know that's something that you've done lots of work on with your team and you've got an ESG committee, I think?

Yes, I cannot take the credit for all of this, but there is a young gentleman called Evan LaFomba, who's an associate director.

And he has been unbelievable in gaining momentum for ESG for us as an organization.

He was the one who came to me and said, look, I want to use this as a real differentiator for us.

So he said to me, I just need your commitment and your some budget.

And then I said, no worries.

And obviously we talked about a lot of the different things that we could do.

What would your advice be?
