So if you've ever seen one of those little van-like things, not the sporty car, but the van-like, that's a Zeekr.

But the point is, I finally got my hands and my feet around a Chinese car, and it was surprisingly good.

But before I get to that, let's talk about the Paris Auto Show, which was surprisingly busy.

Yeah, so if you could sell this thing in America for...

It would do fine.

But the one that really blew my mind was the Zeekr GT...

What was it called? I don't know.

Fast-charging.

If we had a middle-of-the-road charging EV from China, and that's the important thing, 460 kilowatt charging in these things, I think the Zeekr 7 was like 480 kilowatts peak.

This is not fast for China.

This is like a middle-of-the-road charging EV.

So now they're all Euro NCAP five-star.

And now they're all starting to evolve looks wise.

Like we were driving the Zeekr 7, which is probably the most impressive thing that they have.

And that's kind of the weird twist.

I drove the 7GT, which was phenomenal.

Actually, the engineers from Zeker really wanted me to drive that car.

That drove great.

And what's nice is that when you drove the 7GT, the 7X, and then I drove the Linko 8 all back to back.

Considering how little name recognition Chinese electric car brands have in the US and Europe, it's striking just how much controversy, indeed panic, these vehicles have aroused in the Western world.

So when we say Geely, we don't mean Geely brand alone.

We mean Zeker.

We mean Lincoln Co.

We mean Geely brand.
