Zane Adams

He said get top-end talent in the positional need and also not compromise our draft hand too much because we've essentially got Keenan Boy this year and then – Next year, there's three boys really that are NGA tied to Hawthorne.

Now, not all of them are absolutely guaranteed to be drafted, but I think definitely two will in Zane Adams and Charlie Fisher.

Henry Olsop's maybe a little bit more on the brink, but they didn't want to compromise their future draft hand too much.

So I think, yes, obviously getting Merritt and King in terms of where we're at in the next two years to challenge is enormous.

Yeah.

So Jack Miller, key forward, um, he actually went head-to-head with Zane Adams, who's Hawthorn's NGA key defendy- defensive option in next year's draft, and Zane Adams killed him in the school footy, um, earlier this year.

So that gig for Zane Adams actually got him a guernsey at the futures, uh, game on grand final day.

So, um, you know, if, if they're signing one of these, um, highly talented young players, uh, as a key forward, uh, as a pre-selection, uh, and our, our NGA player's gone head-to-head with him and won, I think that's a, that's a good sign for Zane Adams next year.

That's like Denver Grant at Burras taking Logan McDonald's place.

Logan McDonald.

[laughs]

I knew you were gonna pull out that receipt.

There's a handful of guys that come to mind.

Um, Some of the draft picks from last year, so Jimmy Anderson, Zane Adams are two that jumped to mind immediately.

Those are guys that I want to see more of what they can do with.

And then Victor Figueroa, I don't know that we would see him traded.
