But like kind of athletic sport career, I played American football, uh, in college and kinda always joked that I, I think I probably enjoyed the strength and conditioning, the training side as much or more than I did actually playing the game.

And so, uh, after I graduated, still got in-- still was really focused on training and things like that, and got into CrossFit, and eventually ended up opening my own gym.

And while I was running that gym, probably heard something on a podcast, and it kinda made me a little bit interested in breathing stuff and tried one or two practices, started reading some books, started signing up for courses, and just kinda like snowballed.
