You know, prime example with me, whenever I went and took over Austin, you know, Zach stepped down, took it to motion, and I was able to, you know, train him on some skill sets or something.

And then, you know, he had a good run up there.

Take it as a learning lesson, you know, step back, you know, take a month off of work if you need to and just kind of reevaluate where you are in your life.
