Like, um, sometimes you look at them, they, they, they have completely different personalities, they look different, um, and it's just a fun season.

I mean, obviously twins, and we have a, a kid that's two years older than the twins, so it's not like it's just the twins in and of itself.

the time we were there, got drafted at 22, spent the first nine years of my career there essentially, and yeah, I mean, when you're there for so long, you're always gonna be, have this special spot in your heart.

Um, unfortunately, unlike you two, I wasn't able to play my whole career there.

Um, but it, it's been a blessing to play for Arizona and Washington the past couple years.

Um, but yeah, Philly will always be special.

When you talk about the fight song, even when you're on the other sideline, when I was in [laughs] Washington the past few years, it's still, like, subtly in the back of my mind go singing it as I'm over there watching it.

JJ remembers the first time that we actually were talking.

He was still on the Texans.

I was still in Philly.

And it was during COVID.

And we were both on all of these calls with the NFLPA talking about the protocols and all the unknown.

And that's when we first started texting.

Zach, what about you? The Bengals playoff game? We got a couple good ones against them.

[laughs] Like what, what's the mindset like in terms of to play or not to play? Are you 100% committed that you're playing or it kind of depend on the situation?

You know, I think I'm 100% committed to doing everything I can to get back to the player I was before I got hurt.

Um, I'm not gonna play if I get to 80% or 90%, if the body's just saying I can't get back, but I don't think that's gonna be the case, um, with where we're at, with where the doctors thinks we're headed.

Um, and so, you know, I don't want that to be my last play.

I don't want that to be my last experience playing a game that I've loved.

I've given everything I possibly have had to this game, um, and I don't wanna go out like that.

And so that, that for me is, is where my head's at, and I'm doing everything I can to just get back to myself, someone that I feel I can still make a difference on a team, um, and compete for a championship.

The time he puts in, super smart, really good route runner." Um, what am I missing, or what are people missing about the tight end position or what's enabled you to have this incredible career?
