Zaatari refugee camp

My father sent my old brother, who is 13 years old, to the shop.

He went down, that's our first day, our first hours inside, outside the Zaatari camp.

And that was in 2013.

And there, The shopkeeper, he asked my brother, first time I see you, are you Christian? Look, there is a thousand questions to ask someone you didn't know and you haven't seen before.

Congressman Kinzinger was really focused on what was happening overseas in Syria.

And so then getting to travel and meet with refugees, that was one of the most impactful things I probably got to do, not only with Syria, Syrians who were coming out and talking about the war crimes and things that had happened to them, but also then going to see the refugee camps in Jordan and Lebanon, namely Zaatari, was just really impactful.

I would say in tandem to that would be going to Malawi.

I then came back, and I'm communications director at the time, and so came back and convinced Congressman Kinzinger to sign on to a bill that our team didn't want him to sign on to.

and have lived in refugee camps.

Zaatari is a really famous one in Jordan.

Out of all those refugees, how is that decision made to give access to the program when there's millions of people who are refugees? Right.

So every year, the U.S. government, the administration submits a report to Congress It's called the refugee consultation, where they lay out their estimated numbers that they are hoping to process in the coming fiscal year.

We've done a lot of work to connect up our supporters, not just from a pure sort of watching football matches point of view, but from a cultural point of view as well, really getting involved in the community.

We've got such a strong community base, such a strong foundation that works around North London, but around the UK, and also around, around the world, and maybe some of the viewers have seen some of the work that they've done, like the foundation in, in Zaatari in Jordan, the refugee camp there.

We really want to create that winning club, winning culture, and winning community, and everybody that works at Arsenal knows that if we can win with all those different elements, we're gonna be successful.

Oh, I wanna touch on a couple of the different sides.
