Yulee

Games that we still don't have a final on yet, although I would imagine most of these have to be getting pretty close.

Yulee 23-13 over Ribault.

Um, I still have 14-14 Bolles Trinity in overtime, which apparently they have gone to OT on 1010 AM.

We will certainly get the winning coach from that game on when it goes final.

Remember that one, Trent.

Bobby Ramsey, the coach at Jackson, Gunner Cox, the coach of West Nassau.

Ramsey coached Gunner Cox at Yulee when Gunner was a player.

So it was literally teacher versus student tonight, and it appears the teacher got it done, 24-19, Jackson over West Nassau.

Yes, it is.

So, so you could recruit that, and then one of the things I would point to people is, when did you know that Florida State was going to take a dive? When that big dude from Yulee, Florida didn't give Florida State a look.

Yeah.

Talk about Derrick Henry.

That same afternoon, someone contacted authorities with a possible sighting of Jolene’s Expedition.

They found this Expedition sitting in a parking lot near the Home Depot in Yulee.

Deputies went to check and confirmed that it was in fact her vehicle, but Jolene wasn’t there.

But after deputies found the Expedition, they have a vehicle to examine, but no idea how long it’s actually been sitting there.

My son's doing exactly the same thing I was doing.

I was enlisted and he's an officer and he's on the Alaska out of Kings Bay, Georgia, living in the same town I lived when I was out there in Yulee, Florida.

So he's on deployment right now.

The thing about the Navy is you're always deployed.

How excited are you for that opportunity?

Yeah, I mean, all the years of Yulee playing West Nassau, Callahan's a great place to play.

I always enjoyed going there.

You know, it's Gunnar Cox, head coach, the former player of mine.

After another soggy day yesterday, ended up with more rain than I expected as we got deeper into the day by later afternoon and into the evening hours with rainfall amounts of a half inch or so, pretty common, a few spots an inch, and some very localized areas had a lot of rain of two to four inches.

There was a strip from about Hilliard and Callahan, eastward to Yulee and Fernandina Beach in Nassau County that saw as much as two to four inches, locally more, And, of course, it's all falling on saturated ground, so it's not going anywhere.

We immediately get puddles right now when it rains, no matter how much it would seem.

And now we have some heavy downpours on the way today as our warm front heads back northward.

That was an easy one.

High school football, my Ed White commanders defeated Yulee 47-0.

Yulee's where Derrick Henry went to high school.

Sure.

Running back.

Well, you know, I had to get my high school football.

The high school I went to was Ed white.

They beat Yulee 47 and nothing Lake city, Columbia County, 35 Riverside, 17 of final, uh, Riverside used to be known as Lee High School, the Generals, and they changed the name to Riverside, but they're still known as the Generals, the Riverside Generals.

Because apparently stealing toys one box at a time wasn't ambitious enough.

Well, on September fifteenth, police say that Tipton went into a Walmart in Yulee, Y-U-L-E-E, selected twelve Lego sets, and then ran when asset protection confronted him.

A detective later spotted him driving a U-Haul, but instead of shopping, Tipton allegedly took off, struck the detective's arm with the truck door, and led police on a pursuit.

So we've now gone from allegedly stealing plastic bricks to aggravated fleeing in a rental moving truck.
