Youssef Maziz

Yeah.

I think they're missing Maziz terribly as well.

I think that Maziz.

Which is insane to say.

Insane.

I just think he's, he, he's, he's very close to having been given his big opportunity to be the man for this team, but they haven't quite given him enough games to kind of like potentially take over the mantle of Hoffa.

I think the reality though is he's never really gonna get to, but I do think it's really, it's really interesting challenge to have, um, you know, the options of Maziz, Abou Faki, and Whittaker, and potentially decide to go with a front three of Manungu, Yapi, and, um, uh, uh, uh, um...

Oh, why am I blanking all of a sudden? Manungu, Yapi.

Who would be your third? Filip, right? So that's just like really, it, it, it's hard to s- it's, it's...

The only guy, and this is because of my Giorgi Manungu anti-bias at this point, the only guy I wouldn't start is Giorgi.

The other five guys, I think all of them would be good options.

I can even see a world where you start Yapi on the left, Maziz in the middle if he's healthy, 'cause he was out with a leg knock, uh, the last game, and I think he picked it up the game before that.

So we'll see.

So, you know, I think we were much stronger in that space than we have been in the past.

But I think the thing that really changed, I think, in that first half, though, is after the goal from Paxton is when we did lose Maziz.

He went down for that injury.

Atencio came in early, and that really, really kind of screwed our entire game plan of depth because we had no depth at that point.

putting in some excellent performances.

It's a shame Reggie Cannon's going to be out because of red card accumulation.

And Maziz, you know, I thought was kind of just getting his footing with the team, getting into that, you know, getting into some good positions, sending in some good set piece delivery.

So that's probably going to be a miss for us, bro.

Yeah, and it's shortly after the goal, 25th minute.

Maziz goes down, takes a seat.

Trainers come out.

He ends up being subbed out for Josh Atencio with that injury.
