If I need... a book that tells me halachos for my outer world, even more so, I need a book that tells me the halachos of my inner world.

That book right there, all these books, all these halachos, right here, right, this, and this, and this, all these, give it all, where do you have it? Shofarach, harach, from the Ba'at Tanya, regular Shofarach, Kish Shofarach in English, Shines of Suf, Rambam, Le'alacha, Rav Rimon, Archibald, so many more I want to say in English.

So many of them.

They all teach me how to act in my outer world.

There are a lot of good books on the Lama Tasmilachos.

As far as I know, until Rav Rimon started writing on the Lama Tasmilachos, at least, it was the best book out there on the Lama Tasmilachos.

So he makes a big deal out of this concept called Derech Tashmisha.

The concept of Derech Tashmisha is like this.

Cost about a hundred and fifty thousand dollars for them to make one chicken cutlet.

But, you know, they're hoping that, uh, economy of scale, [laughs] eventually, uh, it will, uh, it will be cheaper and more environmentally friend-friendly and so, uh, I was with a group of rabba, and we went together with Rav Schachter and Rav Asher Weiss and Rav Rimon, uh, to, uh, to check it out.

And we were, uh, hawking around about-- I mean, they were hawking around and I was listening, about, uh, about what the status would be.

Is it flesh eggs? Is it kosher? You know, all of those things.

And if you-- if-- An egg is kosher, so your starting point is, uh, is something that's kosher.

So they can take this, the, the, the cells from an egg and they can build a chicken cutlet out of it.

So Rav Rimon, uh...

How did they discover this? You would think because Rav Schachter's daughter was working there, so she probably told her father about it.

It's something that we can't understand, but that's Shemitah.

Shemitah is that for each thing, and actually if you look in, like Rav Rimon has a book on Shemitah, a contemporary book from today, is that you do have to, you might have to potentially check when things run out.

And if you're stocking something and then it's going to run out and you have, it's things that were harvested during the Shemitah year, you would have to keep track of these things.

So in their time, you know, where it was much more agrarian and a lot more Shemitah produce was on the market, you have to really keep track of things.
