Well, you're in Yorkton, so you've got some snow sledding to do here, hopefully sooner than later when the snow starts to fly.

I guess, what are some of the things we saw in the growing season in Yorkton, Saskatchewan this year that are worth mentioning?

Coming up on today's program, the 37th annual Green Millers Harvest Showdown kicks off in Yorkton today.

The four-day event will run through Saturday on the Yorkton Exhibition Grounds.

We'll hear from Cheyenne Quam, the General Manager of the Yorkton Exhibition Association, about what they have planned.

Prime Minister Mark Carney says he had a good conversation with U.S. President Donald Trump over the weekend.

Both leaders focused on trade.

We have rural seats in Saskatchewan.

And even though I think there are some places we don't expect surprises, like Scarborough and Yorkton-Melville, the margins of victory for whichever party will still be interesting and will be a very good measuring stick for where the public support is.

So, yeah, this is really... testing the waters of public support as a third of the term for Carney.

So incredibly fun.

I mean, I guess a different version of it centered around Yorkton.

We talked about Malik Belus to Yorkton.

Yeah.

We'll look at the schedule in a minute, but there is a log jam from first to sixth, and frankly, let's throw Nipun right in that mix, too, because they're 17.

They're only three points back of Humboldt, so a lot can happen in a very short period of time, but there is a log jam.

The Yorkton Terriers are in eighth, holding down that last playoff spot.

Canadians that are looking and our viewers that are watching the polling and showing all these amazing numbers.

I even saw a piece by Althea Raj where it indicates that, you know, the Conservatives might even lose Yorkton, Saskatchewan.

Listen, Conservatives are going to win Yorkton.

The Conservatives, I would say, quite frankly, should 100% win Brantford Brant.

They've held it for 20 years.

But You know, there's really no reason why the conservatives lose those two seats.

I mean, that's a good point, Brian.

Maybe we should put some water in our wine in terms of polling predictions, because if we're saying Yorkton might move, I mean, yeah, that'd be pretty wild.

So they're using custom truckers.

And I know a lot of the canola in our area and then southern Saskatchewan goes to Yorkton to crush.

So a lot of that goes on custom trucking operators.

And they've increased their trucking rates by 100% in the last year.

Kate, what are you watching for with that race? Do you think that Mr.

Paglia's leadership would be in jeopardy if Brantford falls? I mean, I don't even think Yorkton's really in play, but maybe it is.

I mean, that would certainly be.

I mean, yeah, that I think is unlikely.
