And then yoga, I just started formally in my training last fall.

But I said, even in my YTT, where I was like, I feel like because I've been teaching all these other things, like I do have kind of a leg up and I don't know the knowledge.

So I was really excited to learn all of the philosophy and anatomy, all of those pieces that I knew would make me a better teacher.

But I think in many ways, um, how interconnected everything is.

And it's one where it's like I look back at it now and I remember how hard that fall was.

Like there were times where I was like.

crying in the car before my Tuesday night for our YTT session after a morning teaching and then doing a clay workshop and was just like, I'm so tired.

Like I'm just so exhausted and I wish I could just rest.

Because I mean, I think anatomy is important, but the philosophy is key.

And I guarantee that's an area that some YTTs are skimping in.

It's way easier to keep skimping anatomy because somebody can make up whatever kind of bullshit philosophy they want to, if you think about it.
