In many cases in archeology worldwide, we know that final reports take many years, and sometimes in many cases, archeologists don't even publish them at all.

It's the next generation, the young generation [chuckles] that publish the excavations of their teachers or relatives or whatever.

Um, uh, in my case, I tried my best to publish as soon as possible, but even that took eight years from the end of the last season, 2012, until the publication in 2020.

So what we try to do in these publications is to document the excavation as much as possible.
