And my fourth story starts back in 2018 when a group of film students from the local university booked one of my rooms as a location for a three-minute film they were making.

For them, the whole day was a disaster but, in my opinion, entirely of their own making through lack of preparation and planning on their part.

I'd given them a deadline at 4 o'clock, which was accepted, and they left at 6 when I threw them out because I had to go to a friend's barbecue.

And they were obviously disgruntled because they couldn't complete their film and I was disgruntled too because they delayed me by two hours whilst trying to accommodate their wishes.

Well, a couple of years later, I received another request from some students to use my property as a film set for a couple of days.

I naturally was disinclined to accept.

And the person who was communicating with me seemed all over the place with the logic of his request.

Misadventures.

The other thing that I remembered about the two of you the other day is that you used to live near the man who wrote the movie Yes Man, the Jim Carrey movie.

Is this true? Oh, yeah.

cool it's a funny like the one of the very first things that I worked on in, well, like the entertainment industry when I got into it was a live version of Reese and their partner Kyron's, uh, movies quiz show, which was cool.

You would have loved that.

I was reading this book with our youngest and it's called The Day the Screens Went Blank.

It's by Danny Wallace, who was the writer behind Yes Man.

It was the Jim Carrey movie, which is ironically the reason I met my husband because I said yes to a blind date.
