Yellowstone Quake

I know.

Like I just saw, I, we talked about it on one of the episodes recently about these, the trade from Atlanta to, they were going to try to go to Yellowstone and, and they, they had a plan in place and then Yellowstone comes back with, Hey, we're not going to give you this much money.

We're not going to give you this many players.

And then come to find out the next day, they already got shipped over to buy you.

They were, I guess, looking for a defenseman at the time and he was like, do you want to go there? where do you want to stay here and just you know I was playing like every other game at that point and I was like you know that's my rookie year like I can just get the chances when I have them and just learn come back the following year and you know probably be at least like in the lineup every night and so I was just kind of approaching it like that and then so I told them I didn't want to go and then eventually they're like yeah you're going to Austin so I was like oh okay but yeah I think the other thing I don't think most people know is like you are able to say no to trades for certain situations.

Like, you can say they're – sorry, the coach is like, yeah, we're going to trade you.

You are able to – like, Ritter tried to send me to – wouldn't say tried to send me, but, like, I had the option to go to Yellowstone to finish out the year, my age out year, and I was like, yeah, no, I'm not doing

that.
