Yacolt

Bigfoot at the ballpark, 1979.

In the town of Yacolt, Oregon, Clark County, the baseball field was the site of three Bigfoot reports.

In 1979, a reddish-brown Bigfoot actually came from the nearby forest and stepped out onto the playing field briefly while a game was in progress.

Everyone in the visitors' viewing stands saw it.

And what I find interesting...

Carol talked about this as well, how the dogs, once they get the memo of what this thing is, well, this goes back to that dog you had at the Yakult situation.

They shut up.

Yeah, the German Shepherd, the family had, whenever the creatures were nearby, it was quiet.

You know, it's interesting.

Sometimes either dogs will shut up or they go crazy.

When we were in Yakult, you know, all those different experiences, there were so many that happened during that nine-month time period.

There were times we'd hear the creatures.

On November 17, 2002, a rattlesnake bit 21-year-old Matt George on the lip when he tried to kiss it.

George caught the two-foot-long snake on a trip to Arizona, and he took it home with him to Yacolt, Washington.

Tried to make it a pet.

George grabbed the snake one day while friends were visiting him.
