Yachats

Hey squadies, welcome to this week's Just the Tip.

Today you have me, Kim, to share a quick trip to the coastal Pacific Northwest town of Yachats, Oregon.

Yachats is pronounced as I said it, but it is spelled Y-A-C-H-A-T-S.

So don't be confused with that when you see it, if you're going to look it up, which I guarantee you will after you hear this episode.

Yahats is a charming coastal village on Oregon's central coast.

There's lots of trees and the coastal ridge is right there.

So plenty of opportunity for hiking with these beautiful coastal views and forests.

When I went to Yachats, I drove from Salem into Yachats, so it was about two hours.
