And this is another example of that.

I guess we don't see it at all for Xandar.

And we kind of half see it with the Asgardian people.

But what's interesting about this scene is the Groot aspect.

Josh Brolin is on board for the project.

So it sounds like we're going to get the scene and the kind of the background of when Thanos showed up to destroy Xandar.

There's six stones out there.

Thanos already has the Power Stone because he stole it last week.

He decimated Xandar.

Because at the beginning of Infinity War, we show up and he's essentially decimating Thor and the Asgardians and he already has the purple Power Stone.

So it sounds like we're going to now get the background of what he did there to Xandar.

And that's going to set up a tie into Nova, but yeah, I'm excited for it.

I've always subscribed more to the theory of he waited until he had a rough idea where the, or, or a concrete idea where the bulk of the stones were.

He knew, he knew the power stone was on Xandar.

He knew the space stone was with the Asgardians.

Even when Thor didn't know that he knew that he knew, or not.

Reality Stone was a collector.

He knew that.

Power Stone on Xandar, he knew that.

Space Stone with the Asgardians, he knew that.

Rumors, baby! Marvel's Nova is expected to focus on Richard Rider with Michael Waldron writing and potentially directing.

The film is rumored to show Thanos destroying Xandar for the Power Stone.

Interesting, because I think the Power Stone was never revealed in the Infinity Saga, how it came to be in Thanos' possession.

So this would be a way to explain that.

And we basically know nothing about...

Like, we've seen Xandar, obviously, in... one or two of the guardians movies um but i i don't think we've done a lot of work on the nova core in general so i think you need some setup that can't be done in a two and a half hour movie

i totally agree especially with michael waldron on board you know doing loki think how good loki was And he's gotten two seasons of that.

Give me something like a Loki series, but with a brand new character like Nova involved in this.

A challenge.

Who are you rooting for? Like, do you really want new Xandar and that Nova to be a starting pick? A draft pick for...

I mean, we could have just done this as a draft.

and like i guess that that's a difference like fantastic four is an earth an earth set story that has space elements as opposed to gardens of the galaxy is a space story

right like or or a non-earth story full-blown and i don't necessarily need that I don't need a full Xandar movie or something like that.

Though we might be getting that with Nova, I don't know.

You have to make a really good trailer for, like, someone that [laughs] does not know Nova 'cause no one remembers Xandar.
