22:44
North America, Mates North America Pilot, we are a pilot program in North America that is built off a model that was developed in Mates in Australia.
22:57
It's for industry by industry in that in Australia, those so many years ago, they identified the high risk of suicide and the high number of suicide deaths in the construction industry and developed a program and developed some work and research around how to prevent and reduce the risk of suicide in the industry.
23:15
And so from that model, that was developed in Australia, we were able to launch here in February, or actually we launched here a year ago and then actually launched programming in February at six of our opcos.
23:29
What MATES does, we go to the construction sites and we build what we call the network of safety.
23:36
um we help we get we work alongside those folks who are in leadership those folks who are on the ground to learn what are the resources tools and skills that are needed to reduce the risk of suicide amongst their buddies and their colleagues and co-workers we provide training to them to the folks on the site and so um as we've talked about social isolation and having somebody to talk to and things like that we actually provide trainings to volunteers who are on the sites and say they want to do something and they want to help.
