WXHC

Good morning, I'm Matt Brooks on X101 Always Classic, in for another edition of Meet Cortland County.

And well, with me in the studio today, Selma and John, both in the cast of the upcoming Carrie the Musical, a production by the SUNY Cortland Performing Arts Department, based off the Stephen King Classic.

Show dates October 30th through November 1st, and then the following weekend, November 5th through the 8th.

It's X101, always classic.

I am Mike Eves here.

Joining us in the studio, Kaylee Bowler.

I want to represent all of you.

So thank you for your time, and thank you for your willingness to consider voting for me.

Kaylee, we really want to thank you for coming into Homer and stopping by the X101 Studios.

That was Katie Bowler.

She's channeling incumbent John Manning, a Democrat.

And especially now that we're in political season, we've got elections coming up in a couple of weeks.

I know us here at X101, it's just been tracking down politicians left and right to get interviews and make sure that people are informed.

So we're trying to do our part there.

But yeah.

a third.

Yes, that's right.

I mean, we'll be here at X101 working late and making sure people are aware of election night updates, but that's getting way ahead of myself.

Kim, for anyone at home who's listening and may want to get involved, whether it's with Cortland Votes or with the League of Women Voters themselves, where can people go? What can they do?

Hello, everyone.

Welcome back to X101 Always Classic.

It's John Harrison in the Cougar Health as part of Central Assault System Sponsored Studios.

And joining me is Jackie Burke, guild member of the 1890 House Museum and a member of the Kiwanis Club of Cortland.

Yeah, of course, Jackie.

Thanks for coming in.

And for everyone listening at home, it's been John Harrison on X101.

Thank you for your time.

This is Matt Brooks from Wild and Free Critters here on X101 Always Classic for Meet Cortland County.

X101 Always Classic, 101.5 FM.

I am Matt Brooks, and with me in the studio today, New York Congressman John Mannion of New York 22.

This season he is facing off against Kayleigh Buller, who is on the Republican ticket, and election day is on Tuesday, November 3rd.

First off, John Mannion, thank you for joining me today.

Matt, thanks.

It's great to be back on X101.

Well, it's always great to have you here.

Now, let's get right into things.

Yeah, can't wait to see you there.
