The alleged misconduct took place mid-flight around 10:30 AM, when a horrified mother traveling with her two children alerted a flight attendant to the abhorrent behavior unfortunately witnessed by, firsthand by her children.

According to the court documents obtained by WWSB- The flight attendant then approached the couple's seating area and allegedly observed Riley making up and down movements with her head while she was faced- [laughs]

Ah.

Daly was arrested on the kidnapping charge out of Wyoming and an open count of first degree murder and child abuse resulting in death in New Mexico and was booked into jail.

WWSB reports that following her arrest, Daly told police that shooting her child was quote unquote worth it.

That is just insane.

And she did it to keep the child safe from his father and relatives.
