Wu Ping

Yeah, in a weird way, I mean, maybe Jackie Chan kinda started that genre of, like, I don't know, not Western bar fights, but more interesting, like choreography.

Yeah, and, and, you know, Wu Ping as well, who came, you know, f- from China and they brought the team.

They did Matrix and a bunch of movies, and th- they kind of helped start that as well with the f- the fight teams and the, the, the long choreography and training everybody to, to do it so you could bring actors in and not just have martial artists in it.

Yeah, of course Jackie was a m- amazing force.

This is Hong Kong-style kung fu.

This is, you know... what Wu Ping and his wire team have been doing for 30 years.

Wu Ping was the instructor and the master choreographer of all this.

But it's just like a dance.

It's also like a pas de deux.

Um, and, uh, so as ...

So he begins, this whole guy, this guy, Wu, Wu Ping or whatever, he starts this ritual.

He then, in the middle of chanting while he's locked in this cage with Angel, takes out this sword and tries to kill Angel.

And Angel is able to stop him, and Angel is like, "Wait a minute."

"Why does the beastie want me dead?"

Mm-hmm.

And he, like, threatens to kill this Wu Ping guy.
