On Wednesday, so two days ago down in Broward County, where a judge ordered him to stay away from the victim's home and family members, NBC6 Miami cameras captured him running away from reporters and bonding out of jail.

After his arrest, Skouros was placed on administrative leave without pay.

For black Floridians, there's the decision of voting for who could be the first black governor of Florida.

But which gubernatorial candidate has the best interests of the black community in mind? Now most Black voters seem to have made their minds up already, at least that's according to a recent NBC6 poll, which shows that right now 76% of Black Floridians support David Jolly, while 10% support Byron Donalds.

But the decision for Black voters is more complex than any poll can truly show, and they are one of the most important groups of voters in almost any election.

So to understand this more, we're joined by Chevron Jones, a Florida state senator representing the 34th district in South Florida.
