And at this point I, I kind of get a little bit worried in the sense that I don't think there should be headlocks in this heated feud.

[laughs] You know what I mean? It's too Triple H/Orton, uh, WrestleMania 25, which is-

I mean, his body of work, you look at Ric Flair and Ric Flair's final match in '08.

M- and honestly, in my honest take, the b- the greatest WrestleMania match of all time with The Undertaker, WrestleMania 25.

Like, even WrestleMania 26 is just as good as WrestleMania 25.

Yeah.

His stuff with DX and how versatile HBK was as well.

And as far as like, you know, Nick, you said it too, you know, just like the, the fact that you took a character like that to where it's now hard nowadays to execute, because supernatural and stuff, it's just like now with social media, it's so hard to execute that character.

And for Undertaker to do that for nearly three decades of his career, like, and again, and he has a body of work and a reputation that excels, uh, for what he did, again, with people like Edge, with people like Randy Orton, with people like Triple H.

And again, Shawn Michaels, like we just talked about earlier, WrestleMania 25 and 26.

What I, from my research, it seems to be.

And I figured that out because of WrestleMania 24, because I Googled what WrestleMania 24 buy rate was.

Then I was at 1.1 million, but that was around the world.

Whereas cage match at six 70.

There was nothing really all that crazy going into...

Like, there was some title chases that he had at the beginning of the year.

And then he had the WrestleMania.

The big match he had with Ric Flair.

The Game got his belt back." After WWE made a bold call though during No Way Out 2009 where WWE Champion Edge shockingly was pinned during the Elimination Chamber match, it was, of course, Triple H who reigned supreme, so he had his toy back again.

Now this was all done to set up a feud with Royal Rumble winner Randy Orton for WrestleMania 25, and of course the teacher versus student narrative was right there for the taking, and it kind of felt like WWE was gonna lean into this.

I guess they did a little bit, but actually they went after the McMahon angle.

And listen, as bizarre as the home invasions were, WWE had at least taken Triple H and Randy Orton and really made it feel like they hated each other.

I mean, the clip of Stephanie McMahon being unconscious while Randy kisses her, well, that does mad views on social media, which actually makes me very scared.

The issue actually comes down at WrestleMania 25 though, and yes, this had been spoken about for years, but not only did Randy and Triple H have to follow Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker, but even though they had a blood feud, what was the first move they did? They locked up.

For some reason around this time too, somebody made the rule that if Triple H got disqualified he would lose his title, and that's not what people wanted to see.

Randy Orton had been such a dickhead here, at the very least you wanted to see Triple H get some revenge.

it feels like a fight.

Like, you know, the, the example that always gets cited, uh, in, in regard to this is Triple H versus Randy Orton at WrestleMania 25, right? You know, it was this blood feud.

They had fucking, like, home invasions, people getting punted in the head and, you know, everything under the sun, and then when they get there, it just seems like another match.

This does not seem like another match.

But tell me about your pick, which was a great pick.

I'm going with WrestleMania 25, the first matchup of Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker in WrestleMania where the streak was a thing.

And this is a match that made the streak its own character.

It was where the entire plot was the streak.

in his character's history that he broke while he was the dead man, not as like the American badass, while he was the dead man looking like that.

Just a perfect match, well-timed, well-executed, and it set the table for a rematch that...

Had huge expectations delivered on them, but I think when juxtaposed the WrestleMania 25 matchup wasn't as good, and also everyone kind of knew what the ending was going to be with Shawn's career on the line, this was as unpredictable one of those shriek matches became.

And it was an important part of the story later on, supplemental viewing for a great Hell in a Cell match that Taker had with Triple H in Miami.

For a first match, I don't know what else you guys are expecting.

I'm not expecting them to go in there on a Sunday night's main event in the middle of September in Atlanta, Georgia, to have this Undertaker-Sean Michaels-like WrestleMania 25 match on a Sunday night.

There's going to be many more of these matches.

There's going to be many more of these matches when they are seasoned veterans.

It never sounds like the right crew is, you know, doing the sound for it or whatever.

Was it, um, was it WrestleMania 25 where they were like, "[exhales] Probably have to get the women out here now.

Uh, but don't worry we'll have Kid Rock front and center for all this."

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

And to really reinvent AJ at this point.

After AJ got buried at WrestleMania in the Boneyard match, there wasn't a big character change.

And he even alluded to this in an interview that he did.

It's always going to be opinionated based.

So, I mean, I could just throw a few examples out there.

You're telling me this is going to be better than Undertaker, Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 25 or the very first Hell in a Cell match.

Or CM Punk, John Cena at Money in the Bank.
