Puck drop at 6:00.

As I just said, pregame at 5:00 right here on 102.5 The Game.

Willie Donnik on site at, in my opinion, the mecca of hockey, Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

And for you diehard hockey fans out there, if you need a bucket list trip to catch a Predators game, or any game really, you need to go to Montreal.

So we'll get into the Predators and the NHL with Elliot Friedman coming up next.

[upbeat rock music] Welcome to the Predators official podcast here on 102.5 The Game, streaming on Preds YouTube and your favorite podcast platform.

Thanks for joining us for another week.

I'm Brooks Bratten of nashvillepredators.com with my friend Max Herz from Preds Radio.

But the goaltending has been what's kept them in these games, so I, I, I, I'm with you on everything.

Yeah.

Can we touch on Juuse Saros? I know you mentioned, uh, the three-on-oh, which was spectacular, which Filip Forsberg said, "You stop a three-on-oh, you probably deserve to win the game." Uh, you know, Juice has been really good a- and I know that there were some people that, you know, you might look at it and say, "Oh, he gave up five goals against Toronto." I, I don't know many goalies that wouldn't have given up five goals against the Leafs the way that they got going on Tuesday night, but, uh, you know, Juuse Saros is a huge reason for why the Preds have been in all of these games so far this season, and that's been really good to see him get back to his form.

We know that at, at times he's had difficulty at the beginning of a season.

So I, I think even that preseason game in Tampa, you know, he's really settled in, gotten back to form, gotten back to a Juuse Saros that we're used to seeing.

Hour number two, Chase and Big Joe, 102.5.

The game here on this Thursday.

Hope you're having a great start, uh, to your day.

Let's, uh, do like we always do at this time and bring in our man Kevin Todd, uh, from Against the Spread, which you can hear Saturday mornings at 8:00, the Sports Brokers.

You know what, from what I've been seeing, that's a great question.

It is so many unknowns here with the weather.

In fact, there's a good chance from what I'm reading and what a lot of people are telling me, that the game might not even be played if the weather gets really bad.

So there's supposed to be...

Save big money.

Hour number two, Robbie and Rex Road, 102.5 The Game.

Chase McCabe off today.

Nick Frazier is in Italy in search of the Ark of the Covenant, so we got-- we, we have a deep bench here at 102.5. Let's bring in, uh, the good man, Red Skelton.

[laughs] I have to say that.

Why? Just make it easy on us.

And now the, the thing is they might, uh, move the game out of Tuscaloosa 'cause they're expecting a foot of rain, and move to the Georgia Dome.

I'm all about it 'cause, you know, why do you build domes?
