I haven't had so many clients say, oh, they must be SHRM or HRCI certified, or they must have done World at Work, whatever.

And maybe because I work with a lot of startups where they have wild and crazy HR departments, and they don't worry too much about old school certifications.

So my advice, I guess, to folks would be, yeah, if you happen to get a recertification credit for an event, great.
